The MMT stainless steel tanks range from 500 to 30,000 liters and more, from single to double jacket, from atmospheric to pressure tanks, with or without insulation. They are available as standard models or customized and possibly integrated with other equipment in a processing unit. Our double jacket tanks are commonly used in beverage and juice plants, integrated with mixing agitator as cooker and mixer tank. We use high-quality stainless steel AISI 304L or AISI 316L (DIN 1.4404) as standard materials for our tanks. However, we can also work with other types of stainless steel to meet specific customer requirements. The maximum wall thickness of our tanks is 8 mm.

Our tanks' surface finish is tailored to meet the customer's specification. Welds can be ground, brushed, or polished to provide a variety of surface finishes both inside and outside the tanks. All surfaces can also be hand-polished to a minimum Ra of 0.1 micrometer. We offer vertical or horizontal configurations for our tanks, and they come with adjustable legs with rest plates. We also offer single or double jackets for cooling with refrigerant, ice water, or glycol or heating with hot water or steam. The MMT stainless steel tanks' versatility and customizability make them suitable for a wide range of applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage processing industries.
